Overview

SeeMeNow.AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a marketing intelligence platform that helps digital marketing agencies and professionals analyze performance data, surface growth opportunities, and make better decisions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform at SeeMeNow.AI and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Plain-language summary: We connect to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts to help you understand your marketing performance. We never sell your data, we don’t use it to train AI models, and we don’t store raw Google data on our servers beyond what’s needed to display your reports in real time.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

Name and email address provided during sign-up or application
Company or agency name and website URL
Billing information (processed and stored by our payment provider — we do not store full card details)
Communications preferences and support history

Usage Data

Pages visited and features used within the platform
Browser type, operating system, and device type
IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level)
Timestamps and session duration
Error logs and diagnostic data

Google API Data (see Section 3 for full details)

Google Analytics 4 data accessed via the Google Analytics Data API
Google Search Console data accessed via the Search Console API
OAuth tokens required to access these APIs on your behalf

Google API Data & OAuth

SeeMeNow.AI integrates with Google’s APIs — specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Drive & Docs — to provide its core functionality. This section explains exactly what data we access, how we use it, and how it is protected. For a plain-language breakdown of each specific permission we request, see our Google Permissions page.

Google API Services User Data Policy: SeeMeNow.AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What We Access

GA4 metrics: sessions, users, pageviews, conversions, traffic sources, landing page performance
Search Console data: search queries, impressions, clicks, average position, indexed pages
Google Drive & Docs: creating, reading, and writing documents in your connected Google Drive as part of the content creation and review workflow
Google Docs comments: reading and syncing comments between the platform and your Google Docs
Property and account metadata necessary to display your data correctly

How We Use Google Drive & Docs

When you use SeeMeNow.AI’s content creation features, the platform will:

Create documents in your connected Google Drive — AI-generated blog posts and content drafts are pushed directly into your Google Drive as Google Docs
Read document content — the platform polls your linked Google Docs for changes and pulls updated content back into the platform to keep everything in sync
Sync comments — comments added in Google Docs are pulled into the platform, and comments added in the platform are pushed to the Google Doc
Monitor modification times — the platform checks when a document was last modified to determine whether a sync is needed

All documents are created in and belong to your Google Drive. SeeMeNow.AI does not store the full content of your Google Docs on our servers — documents are read in real time for syncing purposes only.

What We Do NOT Access

Individual user identities or personally identifiable information from your GA4 or Search Console data
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, or any other Google service not listed above
Google Drive files or folders that are not linked to a SeeMeNow.AI content item by you
Google Ads data (unless you separately authorize this in a future feature)
Any data from Google accounts other than those you explicitly connect

How Google Data Is Stored & Used

Your OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
Raw Google API data is fetched in real time to generate your reports and is not permanently stored on our servers
Google Docs content is read transiently for sync purposes and is not stored beyond what appears in your SeeMeNow.AI platform content records
Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be cached temporarily (up to 24 hours) to improve platform performance
Your Google data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or any other purpose
Your Google data is never used to train third-party machine learning models or AI systems (see Section 4 for details on our own adaptive intelligence system)
Access is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide the features you have requested

Revoking Access

You may revoke SeeMeNow.AI’s access to your Google data at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page or visit our Google Permissions page and removing SeeMeNow.AI, or by disconnecting your Google account within the SeeMeNow.AI platform settings. Revoking access will immediately prevent us from accessing your Google data going forward.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Providing the Service: Connecting to your Google accounts, generating reports, surfacing recommendations, and delivering the core features of the platform
Account Management: Creating and maintaining your account, processing payments, and communicating about your subscription
Product Improvement: Understanding how users interact with the platform to fix bugs, improve features, and prioritize development (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
Customer Support: Responding to your questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing onboarding assistance
Adaptive Intelligence: Improving the quality of recommendations over time using anonymised, aggregated performance data — see below for full details
Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse of the Service
Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process
Communications: Sending product updates, feature announcements, and relevant educational content (you may opt out at any time)

We will never use your information for purposes incompatible with those listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent.

Adaptive Intelligence & Platform Learning

SeeMeNow.AI includes an adaptive intelligence system that improves the quality of recommendations over time. This section explains exactly how it works and what data is involved.

Per-Project Learning

After each AI visibility scan, the platform scores how effective each prompt was at surfacing your brand in AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. These scores — along with derived insights such as which prompt categories work best for your project — are stored in your project record within the platform. This data is used exclusively to improve future scans and recommendations for your own project.

Cross-Project Industry Library

Aggregated, anonymised prompt effectiveness scores are contributed to a shared industry-level library. Specifically:

Only numerical performance scores and prompt category labels are contributed — never your brand name, business details, project name, or any identifying information
This library groups scores by industry (e.g. “legal”, “ecommerce”) and is stored within the SeeMeNow.AI platform itself — it is not sent to any external service
It is used to help new projects in the same industry start with better-optimised prompts from day one

What this is NOT

This system does not send your data to Google, OpenAI, or any other third-party AI provider to train their models
It does not use your content, documents, or Google Analytics data as training input
It does not expose your project data to other users of the platform in any identifiable form
The “learning” happens entirely within SeeMeNow.AI’s own platform logic — it improves how the platform generates prompts and recommendations, not any external AI model

Outcome Tracking

The platform also tracks scan results over time to detect whether changes you implement actually improve your AI visibility scores. This historical comparison data is stored per-project and is used solely to show you your progress and refine future recommendations.

If you would like your adaptive learning data deleted, you may request this at any time by contacting us. This will not affect your account or access to the Service.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring) who are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
Business Transfers: If SeeMeNow.AI is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy
With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent

We do not share your Google API data with any third party under any circumstances, except as required by law. Anonymised, aggregated prompt performance scores are contributed to our internal industry library as described in Section 4b — this data contains no personally identifiable information and is not shared externally.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation
Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
Google API data (cached metrics) is retained for a maximum of 24 hours
OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon account deletion or disconnection
Usage logs and analytics are retained for up to 12 months in anonymized form
Adaptive intelligence data (prompt scores and project learnings) is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted with your account
Anonymised industry library contributions cannot be individually attributed or deleted, as they contain no identifying information

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal requirements)
Portability: Request that we export your data in a machine-readable format
Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes
Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the button below. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. These rights are fully honored by SeeMeNow.AI.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS 1.2 or higher)
OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel using multi-factor authentication
We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
Our infrastructure is hosted on reputable cloud providers with SOC 2 certification

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service:

Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and basic platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the platform (e.g., which features are most used). These use anonymized data only.
Preference Cookies: Store your settings and preferences to improve your experience.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or cookies that track you across other websites. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling essential cookies may impair your ability to use the Service.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with and relies on the following categories of third-party services:

Google APIs: GA4, Search Console, and Gemini AI — governed by Google’s Privacy Policy
Cloud Infrastructure: Hosting and storage providers operating under appropriate data processing agreements
Payment Processing: Your payment information is handled directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers
Email Communications: Transactional and marketing email delivery services
Error Monitoring: Anonymized error tracking to identify and fix bugs

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements with SeeMeNow.AI. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services linked from our platform.

Children’s Privacy

SeeMeNow.AI is a business-to-business platform intended for marketing professionals and agencies. Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
Notify active users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect
Display a notice within the platform

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service and may request deletion of your account.
