How quickly will I hear back? ›
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Founding Member and support requests are prioritized. For urgent technical issues, mark your message as “Urgent” in the topic line.
Are there still Founding Member spots available? ›
We have a limited cohort of 100 Founding Members. Send us a message or apply directly on the main page to check availability. Once spots are filled, the founding price is gone permanently.
I need help connecting my Google account. ›
Google integration issues are one of our most common support topics and we’re happy to walk you through it. Send us your account email and a brief description of where you’re getting stuck — we’ll get it sorted quickly.
How do I request deletion of my data? ›
Select “Data / Privacy Request” as your topic in the contact form, or email us directly. We process all data deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Include “Data Deletion Request” in your message for priority handling.
I want to cancel my subscription. ›
You can cancel anytime through your account settings, or reach out to us directly and we’ll handle it for you. There are no cancellation fees. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
