For agencies
Every client seen. Every Monday planned.
Your clients want to show up in Google and in AI answers. Your strategists have a few hours per client per week. SeeMeNow.AI reads every client's data, decides what matters most, drafts the work, sends reports under your brand, and proves what worked.
The agency problem
More client data than strategist hours.
Each client brings its own Search Console, analytics, competitors and AI answers. Reading all of it, deciding what to do and writing it up for the client is where agency time goes. SeeMeNow.AI does the reading and the sorting, so your people spend their time on judgment.
- What does this client need next?A weekly plan for every project, every Monday: three or four moves with the numbers and the reason.
- Which opportunities matter?Ranked by what's at stake, in dollars where your value settings allow.
- What's already being worked on?Open plans come first and are kept out of new suggestions.
- What should we create?Briefs, drafts, page fixes and AI-visibility pages, each tied to a finding.
- What did last month's work do?Verdicts at 30, 60 and 90 days, measured against the client's whole site.
- What do we show the client?Branded weekly and monthly reports, sent for you.

How it runs across clients
The same rhythm for every project.
Each client is its own project with its own data, plans and results. The schedule runs itself, and your team steps in where judgment is needed.
A weekly plan and report
Three or four moves per client, chosen from that client's signals. The plan goes out inside the branded weekly report.
A monthly plan and report
Blog topics timed to the season, quick wins, pages worth a deep dive and AI gaps to close, plus the month's results.
An AI visibility scan
ChatGPT and Gemini are asked the client's buyer questions. You can review the questions two business days before each scan. Mentions and citations in Google AI Overviews are tracked alongside.
White-label reports
Your brand on the report. Our engine behind it.
Weekly and monthly client reports go out with your logo, colors, footer and sender name, with a PDF attached. There's no "powered by" line, and client replies come to you.

Clients in the loop
Clients take part without learning a new tool.
Most of what a client does happens in their inbox and in Google Docs. A read-only client login is there if you want to offer one.
Approvals by email
Drafts go to the client as a Google Doc. They comment, request changes or approve, and a review can be scheduled for later.
Their expertise, in their words
SeeMeNow.AI sends the client plain questions about their work in a Google Doc. Their answers become first-hand detail in the content. How Expertise works
The right email to the right person
12 kinds of updates, routed to SEO, AI, content, account managers, web developers, the client or the client's leadership.

Questions agencies ask
Straight answers.
Do my clients need to log in?
No. Clients get reports, approvals and Expertise questions by email and Google Docs. You can give a client a read-only login if you'd like to.
Will my clients see the SeeMeNow.AI name?
Not on reports. Reports and PDFs carry your logo, colors, footer and sender name, with no "powered by" line, and replies go to your address. Emails are currently delivered from SeeMeNow.AI's sending address with your name as the sender.
Do I pay for my team?
No. You pay per client project. Team members aren't billed.
Does it work with any website?
Yes. Finished content is paste-ready and also delivered as a Google Doc, so it works with any website.
Can I see all my clients in one place?
My Projects lists every client with its latest search figures and AI score, and you switch between clients from the sidebar.
What happens if a client leaves?
Delete the project and it comes off your next invoice, prorated. If you'd rather pause, an account that stops paying becomes view-only and nothing is deleted.
